Full-rotation torque machines (360°) are designed for servicing threaded connections on tubular goods of oilfield equipment.

Used to increase the speed of operation and characterized by high accuracy of torque measurements due to the use of load cell.

pipe and make-up torque.

HYDRAULIC PROTECTION DISASSEMBLY STAND / SRG

Hydraulic Protection Disassembly Stand developed on the KGSP-2M base.
Designed for make-up and break down hydro protection operations.

The differences of our SRG from analogues:

HEAD STOCK

  • Head stock moved along the frame by fluid drive
  • Equipped with an additional jack (mechanical height adjustment)
  • The control panel is located on the head stock to simplify operations

TAILSTOCK

  • Tailstock has the vise form with three clamps and manual shifting along the frame
  • Tailstock has clamps that limit tailstock free movement along the frame

FRAME

  • Frame has tank form to collect dirt that occurs during operation
  • Vise on the frame is equipped with a 90° tilting function using a hydraulic cylinder

PUMP STATION

  • Pump station is installed separately from the control panel at a distance of up to 5 m
  • Pump station has highest degree of portability
